The 10th Judicial District Bar is a quasi-judicial governmental entity with a mandatory membership of lawyers practicing within its district. The Grievance Committee is tasked with initial investigation of complaints against its lawyer members by the public. The findings of this committee serve as recommendations to the State Bar as to whether probable cause exists that the Rules of Professional Conduct have been violated by a lawyer.
Russell Babb is a 1996 graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar, and a 1999 graduate of the UNC School of Law. He enjoys Fellowship in the American Bar Foundation, is an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Lawyer at Martindale Hubbell, and is listed in Best Lawyers in America’s Criminal Defense General Practice Section and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite.
