Kimberly Davis specializes in education law at Tharrington Smith. After earning multiple degrees in School Psychology from Idaho State University, Kimberly worked as a school psychologist in public and private school settings for 12 years, working closely with and advocating for children with special needs. She continued her work with the schools while earning her law degree from Phoenix School of Law. While in law school, Kimberly served in several capacities in the Student Bar Association and received two CALI awards for excellence in academics. After many years in the courtroom, Kimberly brings a strong background and knowledge base in special education to the Tharrington Smith team and extensive experience with a wide range of legal matters affecting school districts at every level.
Kimberly loves spending time by the water and participating in local events like 5k races and fundraisers. She is an avid NFL fan, a volunteer, and a world traveler.
