A native of North Carolina, Dickerson brings a strong commitment to representing school systems and a deep passion for supporting educational institutions through complex legal challenges.
Dickerson earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master of Arts from Duke Divinity School. He later pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of North Carolina School of Law. Before joining Tharrington Smith, Dickerson worked as an associate at a litigation boutique in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he gained extensive experience in litigation while representing consumers and businesses in various litigation disputes. In addition, he has experience working in both non-profit organizations and recruitment, focusing on advocating for communities and developing strong professional networks.
