Weber. Their dedication, expertise, and significant contributions to the firm have earned them this well-deserved recognition.
Casey Fidler has been elevated to partner in the Family Law section. A Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, Casey joined Tharrington Smith in 2017. She earned her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication, with a second major in Political Science, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Casey’s commitment to her clients and her exceptional legal skills have made her an invaluable asset to the firm.
David Noland is now a partner in the Education Law section. David is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in education law. He graduated magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College. David joined Tharrington Smith in 2018 after serving as a senior associate at a major New York law firm. His dedication to advocating for clients in education-related litigation has been instrumental to the firm’s success.
Jason R. Weber Jason R. Weber has been promoted to partner in the Education Law section. Jason specializes in education law and brings a unique perspective as a former teacher. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University and holds undergraduate degrees from Hope College. Jason served as associate counsel and interim general counsel at the North Carolina State Board of Education before joining Tharrington Smith in 2018. Since joining Tharrington Smith, Jason has been dedicated to serving school systems across North Carolina with a wide array of legal needs. He also serves as Board Attorney for two boards of education.
