Dan Siegel Joins the Education Law Section at Tharrington Smith

We are pleased to announce that Dan Siegel has become associated with the firm. He has joined the firm’s education law section.

Mr. Siegel is a 2013 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and holds his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During law school, Mr. Siegel served as comments editor of the North Carolina Law Review. In 2011, he won first place in the Joint Journal Competition and received the Gressman-Pollitt Award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy. He comes to Tharrington Smith following a clerkship with Justice Cheri Beasley at the Supreme Court of North Carolina and a fellowship with the UNC-Chapel Hill Office of University Counsel.
