A Federal Grand Jury investigation in the Middle District of North Carolina has ended with no charges being brought against a North Carolina businessman. The investigation, which lasted nearly two years, centered on allegations that the taxpayer had concealed hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxable income over several years. The taxpayer was represented by Douglas E. Kingsbery of Tharrington Smith, LLP.
