Special Agents from the N.C. Department of Revenue have announced that no criminal charges will be filed against a Raleigh, N.C. small business owner. The Special Agents had been investigating the business owner for failing to remit employment tax withholdings to the N.C. Department of Revenue. The business owner was represented by Douglas E. Kingsbery of Tharrington Smith, LLP.
