After a nearly year long investigation, Special Agents of the N.C. Criminal Investigation Division announced last week that no criminal charges would be brought against a North Carolina taxpayer whom the Agents alleged had failed to remit nearly $100,000.00 in taxes over several years.
The taxpayer was represented by Douglas E. Kingsbery and Derick R. Vollrath of Tharrington Smith, L.L.P. in Raleigh, North Carolina.
