Russell Babb Elected President-Elect of the 10th Judicial District Bar in 2020

We are excited to share that Russell Babb has been elected President-Elect of the 10th Judicial District Bar by vote of the membership at its Annual Meeting on December 3. With approximately 6,000 lawyer members, the 10th Judicial District Bar is the largest mandatory Bar organization in North Carolina. The Bar conducts judicial elections, grievance investigations, and statutory oversight functions in Wake County.

Following a year’s service as President-Elect, Mr. Babb will automatically take office as President in December 2021. He has previously served on the Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Committee of the Wake Bar Association, and on the 10th Judicial District Bar’s Grievance Committee. He is a fellow in the American Bar Foundation, is commonly listed in Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite, in Best Lawyers in America, and is an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Lawyer by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Babb is a partner in the firm’s Criminal Defense Section.
