Alice Stubbs is a partner in the firm’s Family Law Section. Mrs. Stubbs came to Tharrington Smith in 2006 from the 10th Judicial District Court, where she served as district court judge for more than 2 terms. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, a Certified Family Financial Mediator, and an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated Lawyer.
