A North Carolina man is sleeping a little easier tonight after Special Agents from the Criminal Investigations Section of the North Carolina Department of Revenue advised his attorney that they were ending their investigation with no criminal charges. The man was suspected of failing to report millions of dollars of taxable income and overstating his business expenses. The man was represented by Douglas E. Kingsbery of Tharrington Smith, LLP.
