“Balancing legal acumen with a compassionate heart, I am dedicated to helping families find their way through the legal maze. With a background rooted in personal experience, I will be an ally, a voice, and a guiding light. Together, let’s navigate your path to resolution and peace.”
Sara West focuses in family law, a commitment stemming in part from her firsthand encounters with the legal system, which motivated her pursuit of a legal education. She received her JD from Campbell University School of Law and graduated with honors.
While attending law school, Sara worked as a Summer Associate at Tharrington Smith. Sara was also in the inaugural class and worked as a certified intern in the Gailor Family Law and Litigation Clinic, assisting low-income individuals with their family law issues. Before pursuing a law degree, Sara worked in Human Resources in various technical corporations. Sara graduated from NCSU in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Sara is the mother of three children and enjoys spending time with them. In addition, she enjoys hiking with her dog, musical theater, reading, and puzzles. Sara also volunteers for animal rescues and often fosters animals in need.
