Tharrington Smith’s Family Law section recently won two cases in the North Carolina Court of Appeals after hard-fought battles on behalf of their clients. One family was represented by Jeffrey R. Russell and Evan B. Horwitz and the defendant in case two was represented by Jeffrey R. Russell, Alice C. Stubbs, and Casey Fidler.
