Raymer attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studied political science and communications, before receiving her Juris Doctor from the Campbell University School of Law. She ranked among the top 20% in her class and was awarded both the highest grade in criminal law and the Book Award in civil procedure. While in law school, Raymer secured multiple highly competitive positions, including internships with the North Carolina Department of Justice’s education section and Schwartz Education Law, P.L.L.C. She also served as the managing editor of the Campbell Law Review and has served her community by volunteering with the Campbell Law Innocence Project and Teach for America.
