Tharrington Smith, LLP is pleased to welcome Maya Weinstein as an Associate in the Education section of their Raleigh practice. The firm continues its commitment to growth and development in the legal field with the addition of Weinstein as well as the dedication to their clients in all areas of their practice.
Weinstein was a member of the UNC School of Law Class of 2020 and gained extensive experience working in a variety of areas prior to joining the firm. While attending UNC, she served as an articles editor for the North Carolina Law Review, and she was president of the Student Bar Association. Weinstein also worked as a Title IX consultant and was a law clerk for Justice Mark A. Davis in the Supreme Court of North Carolina. With numerous awards, honors, and distinguished fellowships, Maya brings a wealth of experience to the firm.

Weinstein brings the number of attorneys in the education section to 18 and the firm’s total number to 38.
