Doug Kingsbery, a Partner in the Criminal Law Section of Tharrington Smith, L.L.P. has been invited to speak at the American Bar Association’s 2011 National Institute on Criminal Tax Fraud.  Mr. Kingsbery will participate in a panel comprised of four nationally recognized criminal tax trial attorneys.  The panel’s topic will be “Criminal Trial Practice:  How to Get Your Best Case Before the Jury.”

The Institute is an annual gathering of high-level government representatives, judges, corporate counsel and private practitioners specializing in criminal tax investigations and trials.  This year’s conference will take place December 1-2 in Las Vegas.
